Return and Refund Policy for Customized Products

At Upgraderide, we take pride in creating customized products that meet your specific needs and preferences. Due to the unique nature of these items, our return and refund policy for customized products is as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Return: Customized products are eligible for return only in the following cases:

    • Wrong Shape or Size: If the product does not match the shape or size specifications you provided at the time of order.
    • Incorrect Color: If the color of the product is not as per your selected options during the ordering process.
    • Fit Issues: If the item does not fit as per the measurements or size details provided by you.
  2. Non-Eligible Products: Products that do not fall under the above categories are not eligible for return or refund. This includes issues related to personal taste, slight color variations that do not significantly deviate from your specifications, or any other reasons not due to error on our part.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product.
    • Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, along with photographic evidence to support your claim.
    • Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  4. Refund Policy:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund.
    • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  5. Exchange Option: In some cases, we may offer the option to exchange the product instead of a refund. This is subject to our production schedule and the nature of the product.

  6. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate specifications and measurements at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information. To be sure that all products fit your car we will contact you once you make the order to clarify all details. Out main goal is the satisfaction of our client.

Refund process

The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund take 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
